Joe is a licensed Realtor® and member of the National Association of Realtors, serving the Tri-County area with Swanson Real Estate. With over 30 years of living in the Sandwich area, he brings valuable local knowledge to every transaction.

Specializing in first-time buyers and growing families, he is known for showing up, staying calm, and advocating strongly for his clients. With 25+ years of project management and leadership experience, he guides clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and care.

Outside of real estate, family is his top priority. Whether enjoying dinner, watching a movie with his wife, or coaching kids during their younger years, family time is central to a happy and fulfilling life. Beyond real estate, his greatest passions are family and sports—though, as his wife might say, not always in that order.
