Michael Phillips brings his experience as a former Retail General Manager to Swanson Real Estate. Prior to joining the Swanson Real Estate, Michael managed 100+ employees where their main focus was customer service. As a retail manager, he learned how to be patient, detail oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for his employees and customers.

When not assisting clients, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Christine and their two kids. Michael is also an avid golfer and loves spending time outdoors.
