Colleen Hogan was recognized as a Certified Staging Consultant (CSC) by the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®.

This certification is currently held by less than 1500 brokers in the State of Illinois. The course educates REALTORS® on incorporating home staging into their business and marketing model. Upon completion of the course, the REALTOR® has comprehensive understanding of home staging terminology, client psychology, and marketing benefits or preparing a listing for market.
