The spring selling market is NOW, the weather is starting to change so it’s time to set your plan of action and start to stage not only the interior of your home but also the exterior with fresh paint, beautify your landscaping and even put out your outdoor furniture to show the prospective buyers what life could look like on their new patio or deck. Buyers often fantasize about enjoying their backyards by entertaining and spending time outside. Plus, an ugly exterior could set your sale up for failure. If your home doesn’t have great curb appeal, even if it’s beautiful on the inside, buyers may think, “This isn’t the one for me’”.
