Mary Sue has decades of experience in the Hospitality and Real Estate industry. She began her career in 1989, at the age of 19, for the largest Vacation Rental and Real Estate office on Sanibel Island, FL. The firm became a publicly traded company in 1998, Resort Quest Southwest Florida, where she transitioned as Senior Management, as the number two person, Director of Operations for Southwest Florida.
She relocated back home to Sandwich in 2006, working from home as a Virtual Director of Operations for Waterstone Resorts, owned at the time by her former employer. And in recent years as a consultant for the former Vice President/COO of the firm she worked for in Florida.
Mary Sue is a fourth-generation realtor in Sandwich. Her Grandpa John “Jack” Fraser was one of the first Realtors in the Tri County area and he subsequently started the Tri County Board of Realtors and played a key role in the Aurora Board of Realtors. Grandparents, Jack and Veronica Fraser opened the first real estate office in Sandwich, Fraser Realty. In later years her father. David Fraser and Grandmother, Veronica Fraser continued Fraser Realty until her grandmother’s passing in 2012. The Fraser family settled in Sandwich in 1848 at the Fraser Homestead on West Sandwich Rd, where Mary Sue and her husband Bill and their family reside.
