Joe has been a Licensed Real Estate agent at Swanson Real Estate since 1989. In 2003 he became the owner and managing Broker at Swanson Real Estate, the number one Real Estate office in the area. Since that time, Joe has become the area’s expert in Residential, Farm and Commercial property. Selling over 1000 local properties, he has the experience needed to successfully help you market your property. Joe has also built dozens of homes locally and remodeled several dozen more, giving him a unique and valuable perspective.

Living in Sandwich his whole life, Joe is extremely familiar with the area, and can assist you in making an educated, confident decision whether buying or selling!
